underwhelming stay I won't repeat

smoke smell cold pool

the room reeked of old smoke it was a terrible introduction. the fan heater barely made a difference and took forever. the bed felt damp from the cold a very uncomfortable experience and the pool was way too cold i was so annoyed

peeling wallpaper parking charge

the room showed its age a bit too much the wallpaper was peeling in several places and there was a noticeable stain on the carpet i wasn't expecting perfection but a little more attention to detail would have been appreciated. also i was annoyed to discover a £10 charge for parking this felt unnecessary and should have been included in the room rate or at least clearly communicated beforehand

race track view attentive staff quick food

My room offered a good view of the track. the well-stocked bar had attentive staff. i found the bar food satisfying after a long day. It was quickly prepared. the room's size and cleanliness added to my comfort.

the coffee machine in my room did not work properly.

The restaurant offered excellent indian menu options. They were better than some dedicated indian restaurants. terri showed special service during a very busy period at the main restaurant. the team worked well together to help all guests.

Breakfast included many choices. I didn't find it cheap tasting. the breakfast service offered a lot of variety and refills were easy to obtain. dinner in the restaurant one day proved much better than previous experiences.

the hotel provides an ideal location for visiting the circuit. brands hatch is very close. the area is easy to find and navigate. access to nearby attractions is straightforward.
