I appreciated the friendly staff and the convenient location. the room was quite nice and spacious. the bed was very comfortable. It helped me rest well. the heater was easy to control, a plus!

The location was superb for exploring various attractions. The bar staff demonstrated really good service, going the extra mile to ensure I selected the right drink (they offered a whiskey tasting!). The reception and bar area presented a beautiful ambience, with lovely decorations.

I found the mattress to be quite awful. I seemed to sink and roll towards the middle of the bed, so I had to sleep on the edge. The window in my room did not close properly. It resulted in a very noisy night.

strong paint terrible headache

the location was fine, easy for transport links..

i didn't like my room. the floor reeked of strong, fresh paint, a problem that even gave me a headache. i certainly expected better, especially considering what i paid for it.
