the location felt very central i could walk to many places. the decor in my room was very nice i appreciated the style. the breakfast muesli tasted very good all the fruit seemed fresh.

the bathroom door looked flood damaged i noticed some wear. the floor outside the bathroom seemed uneven i believe this was due to water damage. the coffee came from a machine the quality felt lower than before.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The menu read well, but the portions seemed small. the buffet wasn't always refilled quickly. plus, the coffee machine was out of service a lot of the time. i also had trouble getting butter one morning, a small inconvenience though annoying.

the location was fine, it's close to the city centre though it can be noisy.

The room was not clean upon arrival. There were hairs in the bathroom and dust everywhere. the heating system did not work properly. I was freezing all night. the minibar was also empty, inconvenient.

i found the location to be central and convenient i enjoyed being near the shopping area and cathedral i also appreciated the short walk to the quay the coffee shop across from the entrance was a definite plus. the room was nicely decorated and had a nice view of the cathedral it was clean and the bed provided a comfortable sleep i experienced no disturbances the staff was helpful and friendly.

i was disappointed that breakfast was no longer available as room service the self serve breakfast was nice but the toasters were difficult to use and caused queues additionally i felt there was a lack of sound insulation from the adjoining room.
