The hotel's history is fascinating I read about previous guests. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and well-kept. The breakfast included a wide selection of fresh pastries and fruits. Staff responded promptly to all requests I made.

The parking fee felt expensive I was surprised by the additional cost.

the room's balcony door was screwed shut. i couldn't open it, a real disappointment. the internet was practically nonexistent, despite showing a connection. this has been an ongoing issue for three years, seemingly ignored.

the staff were amazing. cole helped with parking and bags and was cute. the outdoor pool and spa facilities were great. breakfast was also delicious!!!

i noticed that internet access was practically nonexistent. it was slow when available. this issue has persisted for three years.

My room had a sea view. The bed was comfortable. The lounges were beautiful. I found the staff friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast portion size was small. The plate was hot. I waited 20 minutes for service.
