the room's balcony door was screwed shut. i couldn't open it, a real disappointment. the internet was practically nonexistent, despite showing a connection. this has been an ongoing issue for three years, seemingly ignored.

the staff were amazing. cole helped with parking and bags and was cute. the outdoor pool and spa facilities were great. breakfast was also delicious!!!
