slow service cleaner trolley
the staff seemed friendly. the king room was a good size and the bed felt comfy enough.
i wasn't pleased with the service speed. the room wasn't cleaned after the first night even though i left the room at 10am and came back 4 hours later. when i asked for toilet roll, i needed to hunt it down from a cleaner trolley myself. calling the front desk also took forever, as no one seemed to answer the phone.

room upgrade efficient staff
i enjoyed the room upgrade i received. staff at the front desk were polite and efficient throughout my stay. i appreciated being able to leave my suitcases at the hotel after checkout, a great convenience.

convenient location spacious room comfortable bed
i found the hotel very clean. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the railway station, which suited me perfectly. My room was spacious, and i found the bed provided a very comfortable night's sleep. the proximity to local bars and restaurants was also a plus.
I experienced a delay during check-in, which took 45 minutes.

The beds are very comfortable. The room is a good size. The bathroom is modern. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
i experienced some delays in service. It took almost thirty minutes to speak to someone on the phone. It took 40 minutes for the coffee to arrive to the room. the service was slow.

shower problem lukewarm food
the location of the hotel was acceptable (it was close to the train station).
The shower was not working properly. There was no hot water and the pressure was low. the temperature could only be adjusted from downstairs, so the room was very cold. breakfast was also disappointing, with lukewarm food and orange juice from concentrate.

the room was a good size , and the bar staff were particularly nice.
i found the room to be quite dirty and dusty , and the window wasn't very big , so it felt a little claustrophobic. the sheets had marks on them , and the headboard was also dirty. i was disappointed with this stay.

superb station-side stay
easy access really good bed
the location provided easy access with the rail station nearby. the room included a well-stocked hospitality tray with tea and coffee. i found the bed comfortable offering a relaxing night's sleep. the staff were attentive and addressed my queries efficiently.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in. the process required some time. this was a bit inconvenient after a long journey.
