A MIddling Experience

non-functioning lift small table
The team did a WONDERFUL job of making the day special.
I was expecting much more from a 5 star hotel. The lift WASN'T working, but no offer to help with our luggage was extended. I had to navigate the outside slopping path to our room rather than the stairs. The dining experience felt stressful because tables were far too small. I had to JUGGLE plates, glasses, and bottles.
