The breakfast was plentiful with quality options. Staff members were cute and friendly. They helped with any request and gave good advice. I liked how easy it was to access the nearby shopping centres.
The room felt a little bare. It lacked the little extras that add hospitality. The kettle did not properly fit under the sink tap. It was hard to fill it up. I was also sent an email at 2:06pm asking me to check in online. Online checkin closed at 2pm.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

small bathroompeeling paint
I was disappointed with a few things . The bathroom was quite small , and the vent axia fan did not work and was covered in dust. Paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling , which wasn't what I expected. The shower head was also very dated and fixed in place , so washing my hair was awkward.

slightly underwhelming stay.

ineffective air conditioningunhelpful staff
The air conditioning in my room was not effective. It kept cycling on and off. carrying my luggage up to the room myself was inconvenient. I expected assistance at a hotel of this supposed caliber. the staff member during check-in acted like i was bothering him which was really annoying. His attitude was far from cute.

my room was a standard double room. it had bedside sockets which was useful. the staff were very friendly and helpful (i spoke with one at reception). it was a short walk to the centre too.
the walls felt a bit thin. i could hear some noise from neighbours. sometimes doors closing next door shook the wall (it was a bit disturbing). the hotel car park was not well enforced.
