friendly staff excellent food

i enjoyed the meals at the blok restaurant (the presentation was superb). the team was great. i found the hotel to be very well maintained.

the pool access was limited, and additional charges applied, which i felt was unexpected.

a decent experience overall

excellent food friendly staff limited timeframe extra cost

the restaurant served excellent food. the staff there were attentive. the hotel itself looked very nice (it looks quite grand).

I did find that use of the pool is limited to certain time frames. i was also surprised by the cost to use the outdoor pool. It cost extra per person for just an hour.

I have a severe allergy to gluten and wheat. There were cross contaminated products listed on the gluten free menu and the staff didn't seem to know much about it.

friendly staff tasty meals small spa no air conditioning

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the restaurant provided a very comfortable dining experience with tasty meals (i particularly enjoyed the steak).

i noticed the spa area was quite small and lacked variety. the room, while clean, did not have air conditioning, somewhat uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the day.
