Really good Hotel Experience

comfortable bed friendly staff

The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast included plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly (especially during the morning rush!). The location is fabulous with easy access to nearby attractions.

I discovered that the hotel's parking was inadequately small, requiring parking in the adjacent council car park. Paying the fee in the app was difficult in bad weather.

the view was lovely. my standard king room included a minifridge, that was very handy. staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions. the hotel provided anniversary gifts with drinks and cakes.

the pool uses metal steps, that were very slippery.

the location is stunningly beautiful, that's near mermaid quay. mermaid quay had shops and restaurants to explore, very easy to find something. the bay views made every walk enjoyable.

Amazing Spa and Breakfast Experience

tissue massage excellent breakfast cute staff comfortable stay

Hema gave a fantastic deep tissue massage. Breakfast was excellent. Loretta was very cute and ensured all guests felt comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

The parking fee next door seemed a bit steep for a short stay.
