slow check-ininconsistent service
the check-in process was slow. i waited in line for quite a while. i also found the room service to be inconsistent. i requested extra towels but they never arrived despite a follow-up call. this was not ideal given the hotel's high rating, it impacted my overall experience.

the beds were really comfortable.
the service was awful! i called room service a couple of times and they didn't send any water. even with a 'please clean' sign, the room wasn't cleaned and there was no turn down service. i had to call reception.

The room was amazing. Decor was excellent throughout the premises. The underground parking was good. It provided shelter when it was raining upon my arrival.
I had to queue for 45 minutes upon arrival. I was told that I was early to get my room key! I waited for a message. This took another 25 minutes. The bartender did not smile, especially considering the high price of the drinks.
