wow, what a stay!
great location friendly staff blackout curtains
The hotel boasts an amazing location perfect for exploring. the staff were so friendly. Check-in and check-out were a total breeze! i opened my room door to a super clean space.. teas, coffee, and fresh toiletries were all available. the blackout curtains really helped me sleep in longer!
The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could definitely hear a bit of 'activity' from the room next door.

fantastic stay
birthday decoration clean room great location
the staff decorated the bed and left a drink each and chocolates as it was a birthday celebration. i was REALLY impressed by this service. the room was very clean and the beds were comfy, I slept well. the location is great, close to many food options.
the pillows were not AS comfortable.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast dining room staff, bar staff, and cleaning staff. they provided prompt and courteous assistance when needed, and always ensured the areas were well kept. that makes a big difference.

convenient location helpful staff complimentary biscuits central location
the hotel's location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions. staff members were generally helpful and responsive to requests. my room had complimentary biscuits, a nice touch (i love those little details!). the central location allowed for easy access to the train station.
storage space in the double room was limited, so i had to be creative when unpacking.

room upgrade quick service fresh breakfast working air conditioning
I got a nice room upgrade for my stay. the staff quickly made the sofa bed when i asked them to do it. i found the breakfast was really nice. It was very fresh. the room had air conditioning, great.
The fire alarm went off at 3am. It was an issue with the alarm, i think.

Breakfast was good. Everything was fresh with plenty of variety. i noticed the staff kept everything stocked, and the area was very clean! the tables were nicely arranged and easy to access.

The hotel is near restaurants. there are bars around the hub and a shopping center. i liked that i could walk to these locations. It was convenient! parking is available across the road.
