Freya at the restaurant was really good. She. I enjoyed the chicken shush skewer. It tasted delicious (the seasoning was amazing!). The hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I found the staff friendly and willing to assist with any requests.
The hotel layout was a bit confusing (I got lost a couple of times navigating the corridors). More intuitive signage could help improve wayfinding.

Harry's Bar offered a good atmosphere with a varied menu, complemented by prompt service. I liked the presentation of the dishes and the quality of ingredients used. The bar staff were helpful in recommending wine pairings with my meal.

The spa provided a relaxing environment, and the pool area was clean with comfortable loungers. I found the gym well-equipped with modern machines. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well-kept.

the grounds were nice for a brief walk.
the service felt slow. i waited an excessively long time for dinner, about 90 minutes. i was frequently told it would be '5 more minutes' but the food took forever to arrive. a package i booked included promised items like drinks and gifts, but none of these were actually provided . i found this really disappointing.

I enjoyed the spacious room. The room came with a standing air cooling fan, a definite plus. The grounds are great for a walk and the hotel welcomes dogs (i saw a cute black lab!).

I found the staff very friendly. Shannon in the restaurant was great and she went out of her way to help. I will certainly be going back. The location was also convenient (especially for the surrounding areas).
I found that the sound proofing wasn't the best. I could hear people returning to their rooms at night, which woke me up. Some improvements there could be beneficial.

The meal in the bar and restaurant was very lovely. The menu has a lot of variety with decent prices (they do add a 10% service fee to the bill). The breakfast buffet had ample options available.

I had no issues with parking. There was a roomy parking area . The hotel has a nice spa and pool (remember to bring a sign for cleaning) and a decent gym with free weights. The grounds were also fabulous.

My room was very clean and modern. I had an upgraded room to accommodate some restrictions, which I appreciated so much. The bed was very comfy and the amenities were super (and the shower was one of the best I have ever had!).

misleading photospool cleanliness
i found the photos online were misleading. the rooms was larger online than in reality. the swimming pool also seemed larger in the photos. cleanliness in the pool was lacking because a wasp was floating in the water.
