a luxurious art deco dream

helpful staff larger bathroom coffee selection

the staff were helpful and. everyone was amicable. my room was larger than expected and so was the bathroom. there was also a good selection of teas and coffees.

the pillows in the room were not quite to my liking, i found them a little too firm.

the hotel is beautifully decorated and it really is quite central to many restaurants. the hotel boasts art deco architecture with modern flair, a style i found enchanting. crisp bed linen and spacious bathrooms are definite highlights.

the room has lots of storage space for all your personal items which is very convenient. it also included a mini fridge with fresh milk and two bottles of water. penhaligon's scented hand wash, shampoo and other toiletries added a luxurious touch.

the staff offered a warm welcome, and their friendly demeanor really set a positive tone. amenities were fabulous, and i especially loved the team and coffee facilities. the bottle of milk provided was a great thoughtful detail.

I found the staff helpful. They were friendly. My room was clean on arrival. I had no issues with noise during the night. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. Check-in went quickly. Luggage assistance was provided promptly. I used the on-site gym. It featured modern equipment.

The room service menu seemed limited. It lacked variety in evening meal options. More vegetarian choices would improve it.

the staff was efficient and provided attentive service throughout my stay it set them apart from others

my room faced the street there was a lot of noise someone broke glass the space was tiny with little room after the beds this impacted sleep quality

excellent city stay

spacious room coffee machine scented products fresh milk

i had a double room, and it was spacious (even better than i expected). the room included a coffee machine, and i enjoyed the selection of teas. the bathroom had penhaligon's scented hand wash and shampoo. i appreciated the fresh milk in the mini fridge.

the wifi signal was weak in my room.
