The hotel is very close to the train station. It made my arrival simple. The room had a big TV, which I liked. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring I slept well each night.

The air conditioning was not working properly, I was given a sheet to replace the thick duvet so I could sleep more comfortably.

The hotel is near a public car park, so parking was convenient. The hotel also has elegant lounges where I could relax. The breakfast was excellent. It offered a great variety of options.

totally awesome hotel!

it was really central, and like a 15 min walk from temple meads station. my room was lovely, and my bathroom, so nice. they gave me an upgrade. staff were also cheerful, that's rare!

dinner service was a little off, even if i was the only one eating. my food waited under the heat lamp so my steak was overdone. sugary drinks were provided in my room when i would have much prefer water.

the location is great for the station and getting into the city is easy too. the ease of location, ease of parking and nice rooms is the icing on the cake. the water taxi is just a few minutes from the hotel.

my room was super clean and the bar area was comfortable. i really enjoyed the outdoor area too! i had vouchers for free drinks, so cool. the hotel also felt really modern with good decor and facilities.
