Excellent Hotel Experience
clean hotel helpful staff easy check-in comfortable beds
The hotel was clean. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff members were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy, which saved time. The beds were comfortable and I slept well.
The breakfast setup was a bit tardy, there was a small delay.

attentive staff parking space delicious breakfast
the staff were lovely and solved my issues quickly. there were plenty of car parking spaces. breakfast was one of the best i have had for a long time (especially the omelet station).
the evening meal took a very long time to arrive. the restaurant seemed understaffed, as there were only two waiters for a nearly full dining room. i had to get my own drink at the bar due to the waiter shortage.

awful water pressure worn furniture
The breakfast was acceptable. Not amazing but nothing to complain about (especially the pastries).
The water pressure was just awful. it was barely a trickle, so washing my hair became a real challenge. the bedroom furniture looked worn. It had scuffs and really needed some repair. it wasn't the end of the world but definitely noticeable.
