The breakfast was lovely. The staff was very polite! The location next to the river was very nice. It was a short walk to the town.
It was unclean ALL day. The entrance porch was grubby. Some small pieces of litter were on the carpet. The room didn't feel clean, twice. There was an unpleasant odour in the room.

the hotel had underground parking, convenient.
our room had a distinctive smell that transferred to my clothes. the tv remote was missing its back, and we faced some electrical problems . a small discount did not compensate for the unpleasant room conditions.

I appreciated the access to drinking water in the corridors. The room had both an iron and an ironing board. There was a shower AND a bathtub in the bathroom.
The room was not clean when I arrived , peanuts and crumbs were on the floor. The bed linen seemed dirty , I even saw used earbuds on the chair. The water jug had not been emptied by the previous guests.

The family room was spacious. I loved that. breakfast included hot items to order. the pool, while not huge, had a great shower and changing area. this was romantic.

breakfast featured a nice selection with hot options made to order. the restaurant had good food, especially the bar food which i tasted! the staff were helpful too.

the location was beautiful, near a lovely river walk. there was even underground parking available, very convenient. it provided fabulous views of the surrounding landscape! though the parking was expensive.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast had a great choice and good quality food. I enjoyed the central location near the river away from traffic. The pool and sauna were excellent.
Our room was at the back. It had a small window and was very hot and noisy. The fan provided was cheap and noisy. The room was dated and could use a facelift
