fresh pastries convenient desk

The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT. I LOVED the selection of fresh fruits and pastries. My room also had a great desk area. It was definitely convenient for getting some work done, and the wifi worked perfectly.

The elevator was a bit slow sometimes.

rude manager long wait

the bistro's system for reservations needs improvement. i was informed the restaurant was closed, so i should not make a reservation for the bistro, but arrive. upon arrival, i had an hour and a half wait for a table. the manager did not apologise and offered excuses. as many were waiting, he opened the restaurant as it neared the cut-off for food. it was a shambles.
