The staff members were friendly and efficient. The food in the restaurant was amazing!!! Breakfast was prepared fresh upon order. The location offered a view of Kincora Harbour.

I found that my room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also really good. Breakfast was also excellent with a wide range of options.
The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the hotel, but it didn't bother me too much.

the staff reminded me of kindred spirits, so friendly and helpful always. i loved breakfast at the restaurant each morning and the food tasted so fresh. the location was close to attractions too. i spent a nice time in the evening in the snug sofa area.
our room had no central lights, and this made it difficult to see clearly. the bathroom also needed tissues and sanitary bags.

the gym houses three treadmills alongside two stationary bikes, ideal for morning workout routines. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section, providing respite. sauna facilities offer moments for relaxation.

reception staff and the evening restaurant staff displayed attentiveness and friendliness, always ready to assist. bar staff were great, with a range of drinks and cocktails. the spa staff were excellent, ensuring rejuvenation.

The room felt a bit tired. there were some stains on the furniture and the lamp. the breakfast was also a letdown. The scrambled eggs tasted burnt!!! i also found that communication among staff was poor, disappointing.

The location was good for exploring the area. Bottled water was available in the room. Little cakes were also in the room for tea and coffee. It was a nice touch.
The room was too warm. The bar service was poor, even when it was not busy. The Guinness tasted atrocious.
