A nice family gathering

I really enjoyed my stay. the holiday homes next to the hotel suited our three families of four, with a separate apartment for my mother. the staff were friendly. Josephine knew all my children's names on our first night. maggie ensured they received the best pastries at breakfast. This was a really nice touch.
the showers didn't work properly in the garden lodge i stayed in. one shower only had hot water due to a malfunctioning cold tap. the other shower only produced lukewarm water at best, not ideal after a long day.

The hotel includes a leisure centre, and has a swimming pool and other services. the woodland walk by the river offers a really nice area for a walk. the hotel features gardens leading down to the river shannon. I thought that was beautiful.

A Hidden Gem of Irish Hospitality

My stay included a very spacious and immaculate Superior Double Room. I liked the comfortable bed. The leisure center had a clean pool, a refreshing sauna, and a cordial staff. Breakfast offered many choices, and I was able to find something great to eat each morning.
The outdoor area needed a bit more upkeep to shine.

The bar service was excellent and the meals were great. Josephine at the bar made wonderful recommendations. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items, I ate fresh pastries and a variety of fruit. Everything tasted fresh and had great flavor.

Stephanie at reception was warm, cute, and very helpful, she made our arrival smooth. The staff throughout the hotel, especially Josephine, were attentive and were really good. I noticed they aimed to provide a nice experience. I did appreciate their efforts.

The bar food impressed me. The Guinness was also great. The room had a new bathroom. The hotel grounds were gorgeous.
The shower's panel was secured, so I had to step in to adjust the temperature.
