the room was spacious. i found the shower facilities great. Breakfast options were AMAZING and the selection of drinks was nice.

the staff i interacted with were generally polite enough, not rude, just neutral.
My room looked nothing like the photos online. It felt quite dated. the furniture was worn and the bathroom, with its plastic shower curtain, felt far from a 4-star experience. breakfast wasn't much better, with a limited selection of cereals and cheap juice. Plus, finding someone to get tea or coffee reminded me of a scavenger hunt. i expected better for the price i paid!!!

Underwhelming Stay, Dated Rooms and Disappointing Details

The room felt quite dated. The flowery curtains and worn wardrobes detracted from the experience. Breakfast service was also poor at 9:30 a.m., with limited options and cold food. I mentioned this to the waitress, and she said there was an electrical issue. Still, this information was not offered proactively.

The room was a good size , and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the hot tub , sauna , and steam room , which gave me a welcomed option after a tiring day of travel.
The carpet in my room looked like it was not vacuumed , which I found disappointing. Also , the hotel seems a little more dated compared to the pictures , despite some painting work that was ongoing.
