The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast provided a filling start to the day. The hotel is located relatively close to the city center, yet it remained peaceful, away from loud traffic.
I found the room a bit outdated. The paint was peeling from the bathroom door. The bath mat was discolored. These details did not quite match the cost.

wonderful stay!
perfect locationaccommodating staffclean room
the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street. staff were amazingly accommodating, i felt so welcome. the room was clean and large, it had all expected amenities.
I found the check-in process slightly slow. It could have been a bit more efficient.

The hotel's location offers easy access to various attractions. it is a short walk to town. This is very important considering the traffic. the proximity to ross castle is another great advantage.

the check-in process felt odd. i was asked for id and a bank card despite having prepaid online. the lack of shower caps and lotions for the price was also disappointing. the first impression wasn't the best.

The breakfast had a great variety I was impressed.
Paint was peeling off the bathroom door it really needed attention. The bath mat also looked discolored not reflecting the high price of the room.
