the breakfast provided a good choice of options. the pool area included a plunge pool, a sauna and a steam room. the room was clean and very spacious. complimentary water bottles were available.

the bar restaurant did not meet expectations. the goujons advertised for the kids were not as expected. cheap supermarket nuggets were served instead. the waitress was really good and acknowledged the issue by deducting one from the bill.

The bedroom was beautiful. The bed was comfortable , I guess that is alright.

I tried to use the gym when visiting friends , but they wanted to charge €25 for an hour. I think that is absurd. They said its because they want people to buy membership , but I was just visiting , so I don't see why I should be forced.

some older staff members were rude .

the staff, particularly at reception, were lovely. a gentleman with red hair and a beard was very pleasant and obliging. kyle in the bar was great fun and really efficient, providing excellent service.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated the quick resolution to a room mix-up thanks to Callum. The food was excellent , and I found it useful that there was a water station on each floor.

The couples beautiful room had decor that was fine. Its ensuite included a fabulous bath suitable for two people and a shower spacious enough for two. The food in the Charter bar impressed me. Breakfast used a table service format.

The room includes slippers and dressing gowns adding extra comfort. There were toothbrushes, toothpaste, a coffee machine, and a shoe cleaner in the room too. The room had lights with modern style.

The staff showed friendliness. One server, Freda, stood out because she was polite. She also seemed aware of the customers needs. Freda offered to find stools for us at the bar.
