the hotel staff was helpful and polite. i really loved the free parking available. the location made trips easy, especially since it was near the sea and i liked the unique building a lot.

the bedroom felt a little dated and i thought that the carpet really needed updating.

I found ample car parking spaces available. The entrance hall featured excellent decor true to the castle's age. Irani was really good in her professionalism, and all staff interactions were superb! The breakfast was delicious with great variety.

The decor in the restaurant was somewhat gloomy. I think brighter colours would improve the space.

the front desk staff greeted me warmly. i checked in early. the breakfast included with my room was over the top in the fahrenheit restaurant. parking was easy.

the cleanliness rating of the room was not acceptable. i expected a luxury hotel to be cleaner. the toilet wobbled.

the hotel is just down the street from the bus to town. it is walkable to the shore. the waterfront is nice, offering lovely views and opportunities for scenic walks, especially for birdwatching.
