EXCELLENT hotel experience!

The staff were helpful ! I enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. The hotel provided complimentary water, cookies, AND gin, a really nice touch. A complimentary shuttle to the port also simplified my cruise embarkation.

The phone in my room wasn't working, which I reported to reception. they only apologized for the inconvenience.

the reception staff gave a lovely welcome! i really appreciated the automatic room upgrade, it was a nice gesture. i found complimentary gin in the room, a lovely surprise i didn't expect. the modern design of the building was also a highlight for me.

the parking was a bit pricey, costing £18 per day with vat.

the gym has various machines. i saw treadmills and stationary bikes. the indoor pool was clean. i liked that it was heated to a comfortable temperature. the breakfast on the 6th floor came with a very nice view from the terrace.

minimal extras were in the bathroom.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful! they even lent me a charger when i forgot mine, no fuss. the gym had enough equipment with a separate studio room too. the communal areas were clean.

i had booked this hotel for a girls night away. i booked it in january and had to chase to book our spa treatments. the staff's inability to book our treatments was escalated to the spa manager. they kept calling me by a different name even after correcting them twice.

i thought the staff and service was really good. rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. the showers are spacious and had good standard amenities. access to the spa was wonderful, specially after my long journey.

the phone wasnt working so i informed reception but they just apologized. fire check alarms scared the begees out of me at 4pm as i was napping.
