minor issues

noisy roomstaff cupboard

the room i got was quite noisy. there was some extractor fan running outside from early morning until late at night, i believe it was linked to the kitchen. also, a staff cupboard was right next to my room and i could hear a lot of banging and movement from around 7:15 am daily. (not the best way to start the day!) the room really needs some soundproofing. i didn't sleep well at all.

the staff were friendly and helpful (especially in the restaurant).

the room felt a bit outdated and could use some tlc. i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture, and the bathroom fixtures looked old. the noise from outside was noticeable.

the indoor pool was a highlight for me. it allowed for relaxation regardless of the weather outside. the spa facility with its jacuzzi overlooking the sea was really good after a marathon.

during my stay, i found the hot water supply in the shower to be inconsistent. this made showering on a warm day somewhat unpleasant.
