i was thrilled with the spacious room and its thoughtful amenities. the room featured a comfortable king-size bed and plush bedding (perfect for a romantic stay). i especially liked the separate seating area and a balcony overlooking manicured gardens. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and soft towels.
the wi-fi signal in our room was occasionally weak.

A Stay with Mixed Feelings
insufficient housekeeping poor vacuuming
The experience was a bit underwhelming. I noticed a lack of attention to detail from housekeeping. I found it necessary to request a second cleaning of my room after discovering areas that had not been properly vacuumed (Jowen was very helpful and friendly though).

noisy room poor service
Staff members were friendly and helpful, this was acceptable.
The room I stayed in was above the pool and very noisy. Kids started slamming doors very early. I tried to book a spa treatment before my arrival but my calls received no return. I expected a more peaceful stay.
