The disabled access was great! our rooms were upgraded, which i really appreciated. the staff was friendly and well-trained, i found. martin, the barman, was knowledgeable and fun. This.
The discretionary service charge was automatically deducted without my express consent. I left a gratuity anyway, though, as is my habit.

The breakfast had a good choice, ranging from cooked options to homemade granola bars. the dining area was quite nice. It offered a pleasant space to enjoy meals. i found the food to be fresh and well-prepared.

My dad appreciated the hotel's accommodations for his limited mobility. The staff showed him the wet room and offered him room options. Toby catered to all our needs. The hotel bar was nice, and the service was exemplary.

The room had all needed amenities, including toiletries and fantastic bedding. The design and color scheme felt really good with the furniture provided. I enjoyed discovering great little shops and restaurants just minutes away from the accommodation.

The staff seemed cute and helpful throughout our stay, especially Toby. Helen was very engaging and provided many recommendations for things to do. Jake's knowledge and wine pairings in the bistro were excellent to me.
