the setting and grounds looked beautiful. the bar and breakfast were excellent. the hotel is located in a peaceful area.
the tv didn't work in the room. the sound cut out intermittently. i told reception, but it was still broken at night. the spa seemed pretty basic for the room's price. the glassware was not great in the bar.

The staff were really good. i received a lovely little carrier with water, an apple, and a cereal bar upon my departure. This was a good treat! the hotel grounds are immaculate and very accommodating for dogs. That's a huge plus for pet owners. the attentive service definitely enhanced my visit.
the food took quite a while to arrive after ordering. this happened for every meal. i hope they can improve this.

The hotel enjoys a secluded location. its setting provides nice views. the quiet atmosphere adds to the country estate feeling. We loved the views.

Our classic double room had tea and coffee making facilities, as well as bottled milk in the fridge. we also had the pleasure of enjoying biscuits and bottled water. the bathroom featured fluffy towels. That was very nice!
