The hotel's location was a plus, offering easy access to local attractions. I found the room very clean and well-kept. The staff were always available and promptly addressed any questions I had, very helpful.

The hotel is right on the market square, it made exploring easy. the staff were helpful when i needed something. my 'cosy double' room was very clean for my two-night stay. It had adequate storage. a hairdryer and iron.
parking was a bit tricky since the hotel's car park at the rear is small.

The hotel's location made it easy to see the surrounding area. Whitby, kirbymoorside, scarborough, pickering, ripon, skipton and harrogate were easily accessible. the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring north yorkshire!

amazing stay!

check-in was quick. staff attitude behind the bar and everywhere was excellent. the main meal i booked was great and the service was awesome too. breakfast was well worth it because the selection was huge and the portions were so big. checkout was quick too.
the hotel parking is limited, so if you arrive late, it is a bit difficult.
