The location suited my needs quite well. I received an upgrade to a Privilege room. The food in the bar was very good. I especially liked the fish and chips.

I booked two large accessible rooms through the app. These rooms were upstairs, not suitable. The reception staff also couldn't work the computer. They tried to overcharge me at check-in.

The room had a lovely, big, clean bed. The room was well kept and the furniture was also clean and tidy, as one would expect. The room provided plenty of facilities. I saw a fridge, an iron, equipment for making tea and coffee, a fan, as well as extra pillows and blankets.

The spa and leisure facilities were unavailable, a thing I found quite disappointing.

broken extractor fanmissing towels

the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work, this caused the room to become steamed up quickly. pipes in the ceiling were also noisy, causing disturbances throughout the night. furthermore, i had to request toilet rolls and towels as they were not initially provided in the room.
