the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was super clean with a super comfy bed.

The duty manager said the restaurant was fully booked. another worker then said they would squeeze us in since we were staying the night. the duty manager then offered us only the takeaway menu for outdoor seating.

the room was nice enough (i stayed in sennen cove).

there was no enforcement of parking for residents. i saw people stopping just for a meal using the spaces, even though there are more rooms than spaces. it was frustrating as a guest.

the walk-in shower had excellent space and power! i loved the inclusion of bathrobes, it was a fantastic bonus. the setting was excellent. the breakfast included was great, it made starting the day easy.

Sadly the pillows were a little hard. Though this is a personal thing.

the room included a coffee machine and tea selection. the bathroom featured big bath towels! the roll-top bath in the bedroom added luxury. dressing gowns and slippers were a nice touch. i was very comfortable .

The pillows were a little hard. I see it as a minor personal preference! though the general experience was great.

The bar is beautiful and offered a great selection of drinks. Dinner service could have been quicker. breakfast featured a good range on the buffet, and hot food was available to order. i enjoyed the experience overall.
