delish foodgreat portion sizefriendly staffpoor securityreception deskunattended reception
The food was excellent I especially enjoyed the Sunday lunch. The portion size was great it definitely hit the spot after a long day. The staff members were polite friendly and very professional too.
The room security raised a concern keys were left on the reception desk. This happened even when the reception was unattended I felt uneasy. I observed that anyone could easily access the keys and enter rooms.

mixed experience at this hotel

attentive staffstuffy roompoor wifi
the bar area and food quality were acceptable things i encountered. the staff was attentive and helpful too.
the room felt quite stuffy despite its generous size. the windows did not open making ventilation difficult. no side lamps worked so only the main ceiling lights were in operation. the wifi connection was also poor .

the staff was friendly and efficient . the atmosphere of the hotel was quite nice
the food was very bland i found that nothing had been seasoned well during the cooking process which was disappointing. the portions were also smaller than expected for the price i paid. i also felt a bit neglected in the dining area as no one checked on us after our meals arrived

the staff were friendly and helpful , a point i acknowledge.
the radiator in the room leaked and i received only towels to manage the issue , without a real solution presented. this, alongside the non-functional heating , resulted in a decidedly cold and unpleasant night.

Exquisite stay

amazing foodengaging staffhigh standardpoor security
the food was excellently cooked, presented well and tasted amazing. staff were very engaging and performed to a high standard. i also appreciated the clean rooms with a high standard. i liked the layout and the alwnick rum.
the room security felt inadequate because the bedroom keys are attached to a large metal plate. keys are then left on top of the reception desk, along with everyone else's keys. this was in full view, even for those walking straight in from the car park.
Service

the staff was very engaging, consistently performing to a high standard. their attention to detail ensured a seamless and pleasant experience. this level of service enhanced the stay.
