noisy contraptionterrible night
the first night seemed fine and the second too. come sunday night, total chaos! i could hear a toilet cistern running non-stop. seriously, all night i didn't sleep, thanks to that noisy contraption. it not relaxing at all!

the staff was lovely and cute. comfortable beds were available. the shower was excellent.
I was told on checking in that two coach parties were present. The kitchen was closed. we had to eat out that night. i was not informed about specific breakfast times for the coach parties. no tables were available, so i had to wait.

mixed experience at city centre hotel

tidy roomdried foodhigh parking fee
the room was clean and tidy this was thanks to the housekeeping staff
the breakfast was not satisfactory the food was semi warm and dried up from being under heat lamps bread was cheap and thin i was unable to drop luggage off easily there was a small bay nearby with double yellow lines and stripes i received no discount from the hotel to offset the parking fees it cost £75 for three days

The staff seemed very helpful. Breakfast contained plenty of choices and I liked I could have a cooked breakfast.
The hotel lacks on-site parking although there are pay car parks nearby.
