Charming Stay Near the Pier

convenient location friendly staff

The hotel's location is very convenient, right by the pier! There was ample parking available. the car park's signage could be improved, I found it a little confusing. The staff was friendly and helpful. They created a very cute atmosphere.

My room was located on a lower ground floor. This required navigating two flights of stairs. I found the internal corridor layout somewhat claustrophobic.

sea view cute staff soft mattress low bed

the staff at reception and the bar were very cute , and that meant a lot. the location was also great , and i liked the sea view from my room.

the bed in my room was quite low , and the mattress was too soft. this made it difficult to sleep well.

good value breakfast helpful staff great communication loud music people shouting broken heating

i stayed for a few nights and found the breakfast was good value. the staff were helpful at the bar and reception. they helped me a lot with my toothbrush after i left it. they returned it to me at my home address, this was so nice.

i found some noise at night. the music in my room was too loud. i could hear people walking and shouting. the heating wasnt working very well in my room it was cold.
