the breakfast included a great choice with excellent service. the staff was also top class, i found them friendly and the service was good throughout my stay. i appreciate this.

the room i stayed in was cold until the evening, about 7pm. the pub food was also not great, the online menu wasn't up to date, and many items weren't available. it was difficult to find food.

The breakfast was excellent. So much delicious choice! the food at the bar and restaurant was really fab, especially the evening meals. the venue is very clean and has a classy feel. I appreciated the decor. the staff is a credit to the company. Every member.

I found a slight dog smell in the corridor. I hope this is resolved soon.

The room was exactly as expected with nice decor. It was also warm, despite minus temperatures. The bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and cute.

The hotel is sometimes used for parties, and the soundproofing isn't great.

The venue features beautiful areas around the place. There is a nice garden available . (I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating.) The hotel also often hosts weddings.

Very good food is available at a reasonable price. There is a good selection of cask and keg beers. The hotel is also dog friendly and offers a dog menu.
