out of service lift moldy net curtains
The breakfast met my expectations. It had a decent variety.
the lift was out of service. it was quite inconvenient lugging my suitcase up the stairs. the room's cleanliness was also a problem as there was a noticeable layer of dust on the furniture. the net curtains had mold.

dated room mould stain
The hotel claimed to be four stars, but i'm not sure it deserves that rating. the room was dated and in need of redecorating! there was no guest information folder. So i couldn't check about room service. there was also no phone in the room, a shame, as i wanted to complain about noisy neighbors at 1am. the overhead shower head had mould, and the duvet cover had a small stain. it should be cleaner!
