a good stay with some small issues

the hotel featured spacious rooms. the river view from my room was definitely a plus. the hotel also provided 15% off for the museum, it seemed like a good deal. the pool was great to relax in after my travels.
i had to wait twenty minutes at check in. i also noticed condensation on the single glazed windows. this let external noises into the room, made sleep difficult. the portion size of food didn't match the prices.

riverside viewwide assortmentfriendly receptionist
My room had a king-size bed and faced the river, so I got to enjoy the water sounds. The beverage assortment was wide. I think the staff did a good job keeping the place clean. I saw housekeeping changed bed covers and towels, and these smelled good. The receptionist was friendly and cute and set the tone of my stay. All of the staff were professional. The hotel is located at a heritage site. I suggest a walk to the waterfalls. The hotel offers dinner, bed, and breakfast. I think this is good value. The chicken supreme stood out. I found the bed comfortable.

Fantastic Stay at Historic Location

The location included fine walks up the Clyde falls. The hotel swimming pool was good. Food was delicious and the restaurant service was great, it met all my expectations. The building itself features a beautiful design.
The gym entry was denied forty minutes before the actual closing time. It was quite infuriating. I feel the opening hours should be respected and guests should have full access during advertised times.

the pool was acceptable and provided a space to relax.
the room was worn, with noticeable cobwebs. the cleanliness in the bathroom was questionable as i spotted some hair on the shower walls. the slow drink service in the restaurant was particularly annoying as i had my food before i had my drink.
