Lovely Luxury Stay

The room was fine. I appreciated the lavish décor. It featured a spacious layout. The presence of two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, provided added convenience. I found ample room to organize my belongings. I enjoyed the provided complimentary champagne. Also chocolates and cookies were a good addition.
I experienced a small delay when ordering drinks in the seated reception area. It took a few extra minutes. the staff addressed this promptly and were apologetic.

amazing stay

the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. our room was beautiful and well-appointed with great attention to detail. we found complimentary champagne, truffles, fruit, and cookies waiting in our room. prior to dinner, we enjoyed cocktails in the lounge area with a fire blazing. gothic furniture really sets this place apart. dinner was expertly prepared with flavourful dishes. the grounds provided a peaceful escape close to the city. i streamed viewing to the tv from my phone.
breakfast was underwhelming. the scottish cooked breakfast tasted greasy. it seemed like cheap ingredients. the 11 am checkout felt too early. the christmas party night ends at 1 am and we were rushing to leave

the staff were approachable and friendly. they focused on our comfort. a receptionist offered me a coffee one afternoon. it was a few minutes later. chandi provided really good service during afternoon tea.

dinner was fantastic. everything from starter to dessert was expertly prepared. breakfast offered a fantastic selection of items. we were offered freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit, or a rhubarb juice shot. these were amazing.
