quiet room breakfast choice fantastic location
The location is fantastic. I could walk everywhere i wanted. my premium room had a very quiet atmosphere, a big plus. breakfast included many choices, even items i could order hot.
the recessed windows made it difficult to open the window for fresh air..

helpful staff high standard
The staff was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The doormen were amazing, and I appreciated use of the umbrella. The hotel sent a complimentary bottle to our room to celebrate a birthday. The room cleaning occurred daily to a high standard, with lovely toiletries provided.

The reception staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. The concierge provided helpful information regarding local attractions. The hotel also provided prompt assistance with luggage storage and transportation arrangements. I found every staff member to be courteous and efficient.

inadequate air conditioning insufficient counter space
firstly, the room's air conditioning did not function adequately. The temperature remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay despite my attempts to adjust it. secondly, the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. I expect more from a hotel of this supposed caliber!!!
