The staff were friendly and professional, and. My room was clean and well kept, it had all the expected amenities. I particularly enjoyed access to the thermal suite. The outdoor hot tub was also a highlight. It was very relaxing.
The thermal suite was quite busy, I found it less relaxing as a solo guest.

The reception staff provided prompt assistance during check-in. I was really impressed. I enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL breakfast options and the quality of food in the restaurant. The hotel grounds were maintained, a testament to their care. Spa treatments, especially my facial, were relaxing.
The sink plug in the bathroom seemed a little stiff. I had some difficulty opening it.
