The building has well kept grounds and also a large car park. My room included a modern , very clean bathroom with lovely toiletries and a great shower.

The toilet flusher seemed temperamental.

The staff were friendly and professional, and. My room was clean and well-kept, it had all the expected amenities. I particularly enjoyed access to the thermal suite. The outdoor hot tub was also a highlight. It was very relaxing.

The thermal suite was quite busy, I found it less relaxing as a solo guest.

The reception staff provided prompt assistance during check-in. I was really impressed. I enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL breakfast options and the quality of food in the restaurant. The hotel grounds were maintained, a testament to their care. Spa treatments, especially my facial, were relaxing.

The sink plug in the bathroom seemed a little stiff. I had some difficulty opening it.

Staff members demonstrated professionalism and warmth. They made every effort to ensure guest satisfaction. The restaurant server, Tegan, was particularly attentive and friendly. Check-in was efficient, and queries were addressed promptly.

i enjoyed the breakfast selection, it had lots of fresh juice available. the room was spacious and super clean.

the supervisors i encountered were rude. on friday night, i felt unwelcome because i was questioned if i was staying there.
