The swimming pool was lovely and it helped me to relax completely. The restaurant food reached a high standard I relished every evening. Bethany provided excellent service. She was polite and helpful.
I discovered huge false lashes stuck to our bedside lamp base. There was no tea, coffee, or mugs in the room, I was disappointed to have no cuppa before bed. I found men's swim shorts hanging in the shower. Staff on reception could not care less, they weren't very helpful.

underwhelming stay. staff friendly! but some aspects disappointing.

breakfast optionsuncomfortable sofa bedconfusing signage
the breakfast options were acceptable.
The room i booked included an uncomfortable sofa bed, not ideal for older kids. the hotel layout reminded me of a maze, with confusing signage. i woke up to no water, so no shower or flushing toilet. The wi-fi was also terrible. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
