A Balanced Stay

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Valet parking was especially helpful . I found the breakfast menu comprehensive. Our bedroom was spacious, and the bed had good quality bedding.

The light switches in the room were not intuitive. I found them confusing to operate (it took me a while to figure them out). The room safe was located on a very high shelf in the closet. It was not easily accessible.

David greeted us upon arrival and assisted with our luggage. Chelsea was very helpful during a quick and seamless check-in process. Laurie, the concierge, offered an excellent dinner recommendation. Festive cocktails in the bar were superb. The staff were good.

The mattress reminded me of two separate units pushed together. A ridge ran down the middle. Sleeping on it proved uncomfortable.
