A Balanced Stay

helpful staff valet parking confusing switches high shelf

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Valet parking was especially helpful . I found the breakfast menu comprehensive. Our bedroom was spacious, and the bed had good quality bedding.

The light switches in the room were not intuitive. I found them confusing to operate (it took me a while to figure them out). The room safe was located on a very high shelf in the closet. It was not easily accessible.

Really good Hotel Experience

helpful concierge excellent dinner

David greeted us upon arrival and assisted with our luggage. Chelsea was very helpful during a quick and seamless check-in process. Laurie, the concierge, offered an excellent dinner recommendation. Festive cocktails in the bar were superb. The staff were good.

The mattress was like two separate units pushed together. A ridge ran down the middle. Sleeping on it proved uncomfortable.
