birthday plans late check
The staff assisted with birthday plans for my boyfriend. they organized balloons and pictures before our arrival. It remained a surprise. a complimentary late check out was provided too.
The hotel atmosphere is dimly lit. It may not suit every guest. the light over the kettle did not work. It was hard to see in the dark.

friendly staff helpful staff quiet hotel missing chair poor service complex system
the staff were amazing. lindsay and andy were so friendly and helpful. the hotel was also very quiet.
there was no chair to put my clothes on. instead there was a settee at the bottom of the bed in front of a large screen tv. the light system took some working out. the service for breakfast was very poor.

the hotel staff demonstrated great effort to meet my needs. i noticed a relaxed atmosphere throughout my stay. the bed provided a comfortable experience.
the hotel double charged me by mistake i found the bar service disappointing. i waited longer than expected between ordering drinks and receiving them. this made me cancel my dinner reservation.

a cherished retreat
kindness encounter seamless assistance king size bed writing desk
the staff exhibited kindness i had not encountered before their assistance with my luggage was seamless i remember the warm smile i saw at reception it seemed like a heartfelt welcome. the spaciousness of the room surprised me the king size bed provided comfort a small writing desk was available it had a lovely lamp for soft light a peaceful space for my thoughts.
the minibar prices were a bit higher than expected for similar items nearby i hoped for a slightly more reasonable cost i still enjoyed the offerings though.

breakfast offered many choices the restaurant had a quiet charm the server remembered my coffee order the next morning it felt personal. i noted the pastry selection included local shortbread a taste of tradition was lovely too.

the fitness center featured modern equipment i noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes each with individual screens it was easy to maintain my routine. the lobby displayed local artwork it reflected cultural essence and artistic community.

housekeeping maintained high standards fresh towels looked each morning a handwritten note expressed care a warm gesture it showed attention to detail. room service delivered promptly the presentation of each dish was carefully considered a thoughtful service.
