Underwhelming Stay, Despite Potential
untrained staff overpriced treatment
I was seriously let down by the service. Multiple times, the wrong drinks were brought to our table. The staff seemed undertrained. The spa treatments felt overpriced. No slippers or towels were available, and i had to find my own way around. It was a bit of a joke.

amazing location fresh breakfast nice touch
The hotel location is amazing! it is right next to a stream and not far from the beach and a town. breakfast was lovely and fresh, and the drink choice down in the bar was plentiful. The coffee was the best! there were also lots of places to sit and relax. They had board games, chess and checkers also which was a nice touch.
the cream carpet on the stairway from reception looked filthy i think it's not a luxury welcome.

I stayed in a divine room. I found fluffy bathrobes and hot chocolate in the room. The bathroom included separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
The gym did not have enough free weights.

fresh juices spacious room feature bath
i enjoyed the fresh juices during breakfast. the grounds are lovely. the beach house are good. we were in orchard suite and its decor are nice. it is a very spacious room. i liked the feature bath.

underwhelming stay
stained bedsheets dirty cups
the balcony door did not close properly bedsheets were stained tea cups were dirty it was difficult to get ready comfortably there was no dressing table the online presentation set very high expectations the actual experience did not meet those

clean room fresh milk
the room was clean and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was nice. Fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch i also liked the easy walk to the beach.
the restaurant was okay but nothing special i found it average food wise.
