Everything went super smooth for my family. The room had such a great vibe, and the bathroom felt amazing! The food impressed me a lot. Parking onsite included many spaces, so finding a spot wasn't a problem.
The corridor carpets saw better days and could use a deep clean.

Every staff member I met was positive and helpful. This created a lovely atmosphere. The team was efficient. They quickly addressed any requests I had. It made a difference. They are cute and friendly.

the room was perfectly clean when i checked in. the bed was comfortable. plenty of free car parking was available, and that was a great help.
there were not enough staff around, so i did not bother requesting refreshed towels.

my room was spacious. It was also spotlessly clean (i was impressed by this). The amenities were good and included a tea tray. I also appreciated the good quality coffee.
the restaurant seemed in total chaos. This was apparently due to a shortage of staff. My room did not have a single drawer for storage. I travel frequently and found this odd.

dark roomold bathroom
The brown curtains and orange carpet in the room made it quite dark. The bathroom needed some serious updating. There was only one desk chair. Air con was set to VERY cold. Opening a window was impossible.
