The staff were cute. i appreciated that the location was very convenient. the provided ev chargers offered a practical amenity. I used them .

the gardens looked untidy. they could benefit from some maintenance.

spacious room clean bath helpful receptionist

I had a standard double room that was quite spacious. a bath and a balcony were included. the room was clean. the staff were always smiling and happy to help. tracy, the receptionist, stood out. She was professional and helpful when i extended my stay. her service made a big difference.

the hotel did not serve an evening meal on the night before my arrival. this happened to be on valentine's day. this was inconvenient because i had not planned for an alternative.

breakfast featured ample choices. i noted eggs royal and the overall selection seemed broad, offering good value for money. the restaurant downstairs felt open and cute.

the staff were consistently friendly. they seemed willing to address requests. i appreciated the helpful attitude of the reception staff, particularly tracy, who made check-in and any queries simple. i felt welcomed.

there was ample free parking available, a definite convenience. the hotel offered a downstairs bar and restaurant. i found it well kept and tidy inside. the provision of a balcony with my room added positively to my experience.

the size of my room was great. i appreciated the choice between a bath or shower in the room. there was also a balcony, a nice addition.

it was cold in the restaurant . i had a meal on saturday, but the cold temperature impacted the experience. breakfast the next morning was also disappointing, and my egg was solid.

run-down exterior dismal reception

the staff were friendly and helpful though.

the hotel exterior looked rundown, needing some tlc. the reception area was dismal and unwelcoming. the photos online gave a false sense of glamour, the outside area had weeds and litter. The hotel needs to improve maintenance outside.
