I appreciated the friendly staff. Christine was particularly helpful at the pool area. The pool offered great views. I also found the evening meals of a very good standard.
The signage could use some improvement as it was difficult to find the reception initially.

Michael Seymour, the wedding coordinator, was helpful, especially for my daughter and her new husband (they felt very special!). Michael is a real asset to the hotel.
