The hotel provides excellent service. The reception team members are both warm and efficient. The breakfast team is attentive.. The range of breakfast choices includes some dishes freshly prepared by the chef, like porridge.

The gym is located in a separate building next to the main hotel. It features several weights machines and treadmills. free weights. The pool is quite warm, but the jacuzzi water could be cleaner.

The staff in Prego restaurant are pleasant and helpful. The grounds are peaceful, set away from the main road, so views are lovely. The food was amazing. I stayed dinner, bed and breakfast.

friendly staff lovely pool good standard food
I appreciated the friendly staff. Christine was particularly helpful at the pool area. The pool offered great views. I also found the evening meals of a very good standard.
The signage could use some improvement as it was difficult to find the reception initially.

hot tub coffee machine dripping shower frozen fruit
The hot tub worked great, i found that very relaxing. the coffee machine with pods was also a nice addition. I enjoyed that perk.
The shower dripped all night. I had a restless sleep because of it. the breakfast fruit was still frozen in the middle. i found this unappetizing.

Wonderful Wedding Stay
helpful staff superb cottage dedicated coordinator special treatment
We stayed in the cottages for my daughter's wedding on August 18, 2024, and everything was superb. Staff members were very helpful. They were pretty good. Michael Seymour, the wedding coordinator, was helpful, especially for my daughter and her new husband (they felt very special!). Michael is a real asset to the hotel.
The TV in our room was not a smart TV, a small inconvenience.

The breakfast offered lots of variety . The carvery on the upper floor provided great service and well-portioned, freshly prepared meals, with a good dining experience for every visitor.

helpful receptionist friendly receptionist working hot tub provided slippers
The receptionist was helpful and friendly. she showed me exactly where my accommodation was located. i also appreciated that she helped keep my ice frozen before check-in. the hot tub worked great. I found gowns and slippers provided.
I had trouble with the coffee machine. It seemed complicated.
