i stayed in a spa suite it was spacious. the balcony overlooked the outdoor pool it was a nice view. i found the staff friendly they were cute.

The staff greeted us with smiles. I found a welcome drink awaiting ME in the room. I enjoyed using the heated outdoor pool. I appreciated that it stayed open late. THE bar staff served drinks promptly. IT was a VERY positive experience overall.

I noticed the gym lacked updated equipment. It featured only a few older machines. I felt adding newer cardio machines would improve the workout experience.

Uneven experience. Some things were just... off.

The poolside area needed more attention. It felt a bit neglected. cushions looked worn, towels were strewn about, and used glasses remained uncollected. it gave the impression of a place struggling to keep up appearances. also, the lack of attention to detail extended to breakfast. It was a bit of a mad dash. i waited far too long for basic items like coffee. It eventually arrived lukewarm and tasted pretty bad.

the room was well furnished , nice and neat. breakfast offered many choices and tasted great. i appreciated the hotel offering to keep the chef on late so i could eat after i freshened up. the staff were very friendly and accommodating to all my needs.

finding a place to eat late midweek was difficult because everything seemed to close early.
