Excellent City Center Stay
spacious room comfy bed friendly staff
The room was very spacious. The bed was super comfy, a good surprise! The included continental breakfast was very nice. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
I had some initial trouble with the card key, requiring a visit to reception.

convenient location ncp car park blackout curtains lovely staff
i found the location very convenient. the nearby ncp car park provided easy access, and i received a discount from the hotel. my room offered good amenities and effective blackout curtains. the staff were lovely and always ready to assist.
i noticed a slight smoking smell on my floor at times, despite the hotel's no smoking policy. it was a minor issue, however.

the Hotel features modern design. The television provided several channels for entertainment. Speedy Wi-Fi access enabled seamless connectivity for work. Customer service included a warm welcome for all guests.
one room KEY did not work initially. i reported it at reception and received another room and KEY. i then discovered that this KEY opened someone else's room, causing a security issue.

Staff members were happy to assist with room changes. storing belongings was possible after checkout. This helped with travel arrangements. the staff stored belongings until our evening return to london.
