A good surprise!

lovely surprise sweet gesture friendly staff

I had a lovely surprise upon arrival! a bottle of prosecco and balloons were waiting for me along with some chocolates. such a sweet gesture. the location offers restaurants nearby. The room was lovely and clean. the staff was friendly!

the furniture looked somewhat worn. i noticed a lack of conditioner, only soap, shampoo and body wash were available.

It was hard to find the entrance. i was woken by loud banging on a door, and there were no phones in the room. parking was also a struggle. it felt impersonal.

The room was very clean and larger than expected. I had easy check in and check out experiences. I also appreciated the modern decoration in the room. The room standard was higher than what I anticipated for the price.

The outdoor smoking areas are fenced off, understandable due to the scaffolding.

i came for my birthday and had a lovely surprise in my room. there was a bottle of prosecco, some balloons on the bed, and chocolates. the location has plenty of restaurants around.

fantastic stay!

comfy bed perfect pillows great gym sauna access

The room was comfortable, and the bed felt really comfy with perfect pillows. i loved having access to the gym, pool, sauna, and steam room. It was like a proper holiday. free parking on the weekend was great (i saved money!), especially with the retail park across the road that had many restaurants.

i did notice a small stain on one of the linens, but it wasn't a big deal at all.

The room was well lit. The bed was massive and comfy. The breakfast was good and I liked the helpful staff at the hub.

I was not informed prior to my arrival about this. I struggled to find the entrance because of the large machinery.
