A good surprise!

I had a lovely surprise upon arrival! a bottle of prosecco and balloons were waiting for me along with some chocolates. such a sweet gesture. the location offers restaurants nearby. The room was lovely and clean. the staff was friendly!

the furniture looked somewhat worn. i noticed a lack of conditioner, only soap, shampoo and body wash were available.

The room was very clean and larger than expected. I had easy check in and check out experiences. I also appreciated the modern decoration in the room. The room standard was higher than what I anticipated for the price.

The outdoor smoking areas are fenced off, understandable due to the scaffolding.

The room was comfortable, and the bed felt really comfy with perfect pillows. i loved having access to the gym, pool, sauna, and steam room. It reminded me of a proper holiday. free parking on the weekend was great (i saved money!), especially with the retail park across the road that had many restaurants.

i did notice a small stain on one of the linens, but it wasn't a big deal at all.
